Dziś rozpoczyna się piata już część trasy po USA, z Lamb of God w roli supportu, przy czym na koncertach w Los Angeles właściciel klubu nie zgadza się na ich koncert, więc zastąpieni zostaną oni przez Machine Head. Od kilku dni z ust fanów nie schodzi jeden tytuł: "All Nightmare Long" - to chyba najlepszy moment, żeby przypomnieć dwa jedyne jak do tej pory wykonania tego kawałka na żywo:

San Diego przywitało Metallikę deszczem... jak przywitają ich fani na koncercie w studenckiej hali Cox Arena? Kirk tak określił fanów: "You guys are... some loud mutha fuckers!". Kilkoro z nich udało się dostać na jamm session i na scenę :)

Setlistę na dzisiejszy koncert układał Brian Slagel, pierwszy, który odkrył Metallikę w 1982 roku. Dzięki niemu w setliście m.in.: No Remorse i Ride The Lightning.
